This Refund Policy applies to all FutureLearn Solutions platforms, including but not limited to the FutureLearn Solutions App and other related applications, mobile apps, and online features (each referred to as an “App”).

General Refund Stance

We encourage all users to carefully review the details of our subscription packages before making a purchase. If you have any questions or concerns regarding our services, please contact us at info.futurelearnsolutions@gmail.com prior to subscribing.

Important:

As the service provider of the content made available through our Apps, FutureLearn Solutions expects users to make informed decisions before completing a subscription. All fees paid to FutureLearn Solutions for such services are non-refundable.

Technical Issues During Transactions

However, in the event of a technical issue during an online transaction that results in an incomplete transaction, the amount in transit will be automatically credited back to your bank account through the respective Payment Gateway within a reasonable timeframe.

Chargebacks

If we receive a chargeback or payment dispute from a credit card company, bank, or payment processor, your service and/or subscription will be suspended immediately without notice. Applicable chargeback fees will be charged to recover the fees imposed on us by the financial institution.

Any outstanding balances resulting from such chargebacks must be settled in full before your service can be reinstated.

Recommendation:

We strongly encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns rather than initiating a chargeback. Filing a chargeback or payment dispute for a legitimate charge from FutureLearn Solutions is considered fraudulent activity and is not an appropriate or legal means of obtaining a refund.

Refund Approval (Exceptional Cases)

In exceptional cases where a refund is approved by FutureLearn Solutions, the refunded amount will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. Please note that such approvals are at our sole discretion.
